The role of Facilities Housekeeper at Company 3 is a vital position located onsite in Hollywood, CA with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness and operational functionality of the company's facilities. The Facilities Housekeeper ensures that all areas within the premises are kept pristine, welcoming, and ready for use by high-profile clientele and creative professionals. This includes routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, as well as specialized tasks like cleaning windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and polishing fixtures to maintain a polished and professional environment at all times.

In addition to routine maintenance, the Facilities Housekeeper collaborates closely with the facilities team and Facility Producer to manage cleaning supplies, maintain organized janitorial closets, adhere to safety protocols, and promptly report any safety hazards or damages to ensure the well-being of employees and clients. The role demands attention to detail in logistical tasks such as updating cleaning logs, restocking janitorial supplies, and performing minor maintenance duties, including breaking down boxes and shampooing carpets as required. This position also entails assisting with training new housekeeping staff and participating in emergency drills and safety trainings to maintain a secure working environment.

Ideal candidates for this role are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and a high degree of responsibility while working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical agility and stamina are essential, as the job requires standing, walking, twisting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing ladders when necessary. Proficiency in the use of cleaning agents and equipment, basic English communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize are critical.
