As a Facilities Enhancement Technician within the 7-Eleven family, you will play a vital role in ensuring that stores maintain their superior operating standards and continue to provide seamless convenience to millions of customers daily. The Facilities Enhancement Technician role is designed for candidates who thrive in a flexible, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for performing various physical and technical tasks such as high-pressure surface restoration, parking lot striping, ADA safety and compliance painting, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store facilities. This role typically involves working second and third shifts to accommodate store needs and deliver continuous support. Your responsibilities will require technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively while working independently or as part of a team.

With an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $32.00, this role offers competitive compensation accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is also available, subject to eligibility and program guidelines.
