7-Eleven is currently hiring Brand Enhancement Technicians to help ensure their stores operate smoothly and maintain their high standards of appearance and functionality. This role is essential for the upkeep and enhancement of store facilities, focusing on tasks such as maintaining iconic equipment like Slurpee machines and addressing various in-store maintenance challenges. Brand Enhancement Technicians play a pivotal role in preserving the visual standards that customers expect, which contributes directly to the brand's reputation for quality and convenience.

This full-time hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' health, work-life balance, and career progression. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, subject to eligibility, as well as the potential for annual bonuses that recognize and reward hard work.

In their day-to-day work, Brand Enhancement Technicians are responsible for performing high-pressure surface restoration to keep store environments clean and attractive, completing parking lot striping and ensuring compliance with ADA safety requirements, and maintaining the overall appearance and visual standards of the facilities. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to facility management.

Ideal candidates will bring at least one year of experience in a related field, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver’s license. Strong leadership abilities, technical support peer relationships, and a quality-driven work ethic are essential.
