The position available is for a Facilities Dispatcher at The Fountains Resort. This role is essential in maintaining the operational efficiency and productivity of the facilities team, which provides critical support services to the resort. The Facilities Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and managing work requests, dispatching tasks to the appropriate facilities staff, and tracking the completion of work orders to ensure timely service. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
The Facilities Dispatcher acts as the central communication hub between the facilities team and other resort departments, such as housekeeping and management. Handling incoming requests via telephone, email, radio, or the proprietary Asgard system, the dispatcher allocates resources, tracks progress, and follows up with members, owners, and guests to resolve any issues. This role also involves administrative tasks including data entry, reviewing time sheets, providing office support to managers, and generating reports. The dispatcher plays a critical role in fostering team productivity and ensuring that facilities operations contribute to the overall guest experience and company success.

Job Duties
- Receives incoming work requests via telephone, email, radio, or Asgard
- Dispatches work requests to facilities team members
- Tracks work order requests for timely completion
- Conducts follow-up calls to members, owners, and guests regarding submitted work requests
- Enters all work request information into Asgard, allocating time and parts
- Assigns radio and telephones to team members and retrieves at the end of shift
- Reviews daily time sheets and enters all tasks performed
