Job Description
Fortis is a rapidly expanding concierge travel and security firm dedicated to serving ultra-high-net-worth clients globally. With its headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina, and offices in Reno, Nevada, Hong Kong, and India, Fortis stands out by blending exceptional service with a deep sense of purpose. The company’s vision is inspired by God's masterful care, driving them to deliver legendary service that ensures secure and private travel experiences for their esteemed clientele. Rooted deeply in values such as embracing challenges, providing care akin to a 5-star concierge, and infusing truth, beauty, joy, and belief into their work, Fortis continuously strives to elevate customer service to a legendary level. This strong internal culture translates into their client interactions, making every engagement feel personal, thoughtful, and extraordinary.
The Facilitation & Concierge Account Specialist (FCAS) plays a pivotal role within Fortis, acting as a force multiplier for the Facilitation Team and a crucial steward of the broader Fortis experience. This role involves translating the intricate and discerning preferences of high-profile clients into seamless and memorable outcomes. The FCAS anticipates needs before they arise, proactively guides membership accounts, and curates world-class recommendations delivered with impeccable taste. Responsibilities include orchestrating complex international itineraries and refining the company’s concierge playbooks and standards to maintain a consistently elevated brand. The position demands exceptional organizational instincts, clear and warm communication, excellent judgment, and discretion due to the sensitive nature of working with ultra-high-net-worth principals and their personal preferences.
The FCAS will collaborate closely with multiple departments within Fortis, supporting high-stakes trips and missions across the United States. This position is based onsite in Reno, Nevada, with potential for regional travel focused primarily on U.S. operations. Successful candidates thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and can adapt to fast-changing circumstances without losing momentum or focus. They demonstrate a builder mindset by designing workflows, templates, and systems that enhance execution efficiency, and they are comfortable using modern tools such as Asana, Airtable, and various CRM platforms to manage data and client relationships effectively.
Overall, the FCAS provides a vital link between client expectations and extraordinary delivery, ensuring that every interaction embodies Fortis’ commitment to legendary service. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury hospitality, concierge services, travel facilitation, or client success to contribute meaningfully to an innovative and fast-growing company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, discreet, tech-savvy, and experienced in complex service environments. Fortis’s commitment to its people and clients creates a rewarding workplace where service excellence and personal growth are paramount.
