- high school diploma or ged
- at least five years of experience leading teams
- minimum three years of manufacturing supervision or management experience
- unrestricted authorization to work in the usa

Job Qualifications

- five plus years of experience leading teams
- three plus years of experience in manufacturing supervision or management
- bachelor’s degree with three plus years of leadership experience preferred
- demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement
- strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- understanding of work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution
- proven success working with cross-functional teams to increase productivity and throughput
Job Duties
- lead and support a large team of hourly employees focusing on coaching and process execution
- ensure all quality-related standards are met and documented
- assist in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
- manage production scheduling to optimize productivity
- coordinate materials and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations
- monitor performance and productivity metrics to maximize output
- interface with customers to ensure service standards are maintained
