The role being offered is a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor position responsible for overseeing a large team of hourly/direct employees, ranging from approximately 45 to 120 individuals. This leadership position is fundamental in setting daily activities and monitoring production operations, maintenance schedules, and team performance to meet required metrics and achievement goals. The supervisor will work onsite five days a week, managing operational efficiency, quality assurance, production scheduling, and logistics coordination within the manufacturing cell. Emphasis is placed on coaching employees, executing processes with precision, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles.
The supervisor ensures quality standards are met and documented, drives cost reduction initiatives, and supports process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. By monitoring cell performance metrics and facilitating problem resolution, the supervisor helps optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer needs while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role offers an annual salary ranging from $64,500 to $129,500, dependent on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Additional compensation may include short-term cash incentives based on performance. The position mandates unrestricted authorization to work in the USA, with no visa sponsorship available.
