Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • at least five years of experience leading teams
  • minimum three years of manufacturing supervision or management experience
  • unrestricted authorization to work in the usa
  • no visa sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • five plus years of experience leading teams
  • three plus years of experience in manufacturing supervision or management
  • bachelor’s degree with three plus years of leadership experience preferred
  • demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement
  • strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
  • understanding of work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution
  • proven success working with cross-functional teams to increase productivity and throughput

Job Duties

  • lead and support a large team of hourly employees focusing on coaching and process execution
  • ensure all quality-related standards are met and documented
  • assist in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
  • manage production scheduling to optimize productivity
  • coordinate materials and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations
  • monitor performance and productivity metrics to maximize output
  • interface with customers to ensure service standards are maintained
