The Fabrication Specialist (Electromechanical Equipment Assembler) role at Ecolab involves the precise building and assembly of equipment designed to store, feed, monitor, and control chemicals for industrial applications. This position is essential in the fabrication, wiring, troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment components. Located at the Green Tree, PA plant, the role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, offering an hourly wage of $23.50 to $25.00 and eligibility for overtime pay. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will fabricate, test, and package equipment guided by blueprints, schematics, and drawings. The responsibilities include assembling components from PVC fittings and stainless-steel tubing, performing quality control checks, maintaining accurate production records, and collaborating with team members to drive process improvements in alignment with Ecolab’s continuous improvement goals.
This position is ideal for individuals with a mechanical aptitude who are skilled in using various hand and power tools and familiar with electrical panel-building and wiring. Experience reading blueprints and understanding technical documentation such as Bills of Materials and assembly drawings is critical.
