Job Description
EY is a globally recognized leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and consulting services, dedicated to building a better working world through innovative and impactful solutions. Operating across more than 150 countries and territories, EY harnesses the power of data, AI, and advanced technology to help clients navigate the complexities of today's ever-changing global business environment. With a diverse and inclusive culture, EY commits to providing its employees with comprehensive training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work atmosphere that fosters creativity and collaboration. Known for its high ethical standards and its dedication to integrity, EY values professionals who are eager to contribute meaningfully to their teams and clients while developing their careers on a global scale.
The Transition/Onboarding Lead role at EY is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and stabilization of clients within EY's IFMS (Integrated Financial Management Services) operating model. This position involves managing the full lifecycle of client onboarding and transition processes, taking charge from readiness assessments through to steady-state operations while maintaining stringent governance and oversight across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will serve as the primary client liaison during transitions, orchestrating communications, risk management, and issue resolution to deliver a controlled, positive onboarding experience.
This role demands a leader who can drive operational efficiency and consistency by leveraging standardized tools such as templates, dashboards, and PMO enablement frameworks. The Transition/Onboarding Lead is responsible for facilitating change management practices and ensuring adherence to policies, controls, and technology enablement requirements, working closely with both business and technology stakeholders. Key accountabilities include managing budgets, dependencies, quality gates, and cutover readiness, alongside preparing executive-level insights and reports to inform timely decision-making.
EY offers an enriching environment where flexibility, development, and recognition are cornerstones of the employee experience. Working in this capacity provides professionals with opportunities to influence client outcomes significantly, strengthen their program and project management acumen, and collaborate across borders and functional areas. This role is well suited for individuals passionate about finance and its evolution, who possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
By joining EY as a Transition/Onboarding Lead, individuals become part of a global powerhouse that not only values and rewards performance with a competitive compensation package—including a base salary range from $146,700 to $335,100 (which varies by location)—but also offers extensive benefits such as medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off. EY embraces a hybrid working model designed to promote work-life balance and accommodate the diverse needs of its people. EY’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility ensures every employee can contribute in meaningful ways while being supported throughout their career journey. EY's culture and commitment provide a strong foundation for future-focused professionals ready to shape their future with confidence.
