Specializing in creating unparalleled customer experiences, AWS Global Hospitality engages audiences through strategic sponsorships, with a particular focus on the exhilarating world of Formula 1 racing. The team is dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality events that not only entertain but also accelerate business growth and strengthen executive relationships. By leveraging technology, data, and meticulous planning, AWS Global Hospitality crafts memorable activations that embody the brand's commitment to excellence and innovation.

This position emphasizes driving demand generation through thoughtful guest selection and engagement strategies that align closely with sales and business development objectives. The manager oversees on-site logistics and the overall guest experience, ensuring each event seamlessly integrates brand messaging, VIP treatment, and operational excellence. Successful candidates will define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline acceleration, executive engagement, and customer satisfaction to quantify ROI and inform future investment decisions.

In addition to hands-on event management, the F1 Program Manager holds responsibility for budget management, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining premium event quality. Building and nurturing relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, venue partners, and the F1 team partnership ecosystem is crucial to delivering superior hospitality experiences. The role contributes to the global strategic direction of the F1 Program and involves stakeholder management across AWS’s diverse business units and leadership tiers.

AWS Global Hospitality embraces an inclusive culture that empowers team members to innovate and deliver exceptional results. This role offers a competitive salary range varying by location, comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and significant opportunities for professional growth. The F1 Program Manager position is ideally suited for an experienced marketing professional passionate about high-profile event management, sports sponsorship activation, and data-driven demand generation strategies. By joining AWS Global Hospitality, individuals become part of a dynamic team that is reshaping how technology and sports intersect to create unforgettable customer experiences.
