Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety security and labor regulations

- Strong budgeting forecasting and operational skills

Job Duties
- Lead financial and operational planning including annual budgets
- Monitor performance through guest feedback and financial reports
- Maintain product and service quality through regular evaluations
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
- Lead training development and motivation of team members
- Oversee preventative maintenance and protect outlet assets
- Ensure safety security and compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain effective communication across the department
- Implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Perform other duties as needed to support the outlet
