We are currently seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in directing and overseeing all aspects of the property’s food and beverage planning and service. The Food and Beverage Manager will be a role model to all associates, embodying our core values in all operational facets and ensuring service excellence. This position focuses on maintaining rigorous standards for quality and safety while maximizing departmental profitability and efficiency. The manager will provide personalized service, promote a positive operational culture, and implement processes that guarantee exceptional internal and external experiences.
In this role, the Food and Beverage Manager will plan and direct the administrative functions of the department, including scheduling and delegation of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations. They will also be responsible for the effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs, aligning operations with financial goals. Engaging in regular service evaluations will enhance the overall customer experience and drive continuous improvements. Additionally, the manager will ensure all operations are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting Banquet Event Meetings, coordinating with clients and event staff, and facilitating successful event executions. This role demands flexibility in work hours, often requiring availability on nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate events and large groups. Leadership tasks, communication skills, and a strong operational oversight are paramount to success in this position.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- demonstrates strong expertise in banquet execution
- highly proficient in Delphi for event management
- takes full ownership of outlets and maintains service standards
- capable of managing catering requirements including guest communication and price quotations
- extensive training in food safety, health codes, and restaurant laws
- possesses progressive food and beverage operations experience including leadership and financial analysis
- experienced in catering and banquet setup and site visits
- creates banquet event orders and executes events
- has great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
- maintains a clean and attractive work area and personal appearance
- demonstrates dedication, innovation, respect, and a spirit of service
