In this role, you will take pride in maintaining guest rooms, public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, and ensuring every asset is polished and functional. You will be responsible for handling housekeeping equipment and supplies efficiently, making sure your cart is always prepared for any task that arises. You will also perform deep cleaning activities including changing air filters and performing minor touch-ups like painting where needed. Guest interaction is an important aspect of the role, requiring a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills to contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Safety is another key focus; as a Housekeeper, you play an essential role in monitoring the hotel environment to keep both guests and property safe. This includes adhering to safe work practices and being vigilant for any potential hazards. Extended Stay America values employees who are proactive about safety and foster a worry-free environment for the team and guests alike.

This position offers competitive pay with the additional benefit of daily pay options after an initial waiting period, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee satisfaction. Full-time employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan.
