As a Front Desk Agent at Extended Stay America Premier Suites, you will be the cornerstone of the guest experience, providing top-tier customer service that embodies warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling reservations accurately, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
