Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in hospitality or related field
Ability to work overnight shifts
Proficiency with computers including Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform security walks
Reliable and able to work independently

Job Qualifications

At least one year experience in a hotel or related field
Supervisory experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
College coursework is beneficial
Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently

Job Duties

Welcome guests during the overnight shift, assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries
Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing
Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety
Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights
Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service
Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software proficiently
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and work independently
