Job Description

Extended Stay America - Fort Worth - City View is a trusted hospitality establishment dedicated to providing a comfortable and practical residential-style experience for guests staying several nights or longer. Located conveniently off I-20 in Fort Worth, Texas, this hotel offers easy access to popular local attractions including the Fort Worth Zoo, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and the Fort Worth Water Gardens. Known for its spacious suites equipped with full kitchens, complimentary Wi-Fi, grab-and-go breakfast options, on-site laundry facilities, and pet-friendly accommodations, Extended Stay America creates a welcoming, home-like atmosphere that caters especially to long-term visitors and business travelers.

The Front Desk Agent at Extended Stay America - Fort Worth - City View is a critical ambassador for guest experience, acting as the first point of contact and the last memorable interaction of a guest's visit. This role demands a warm, professional individual who excels at making every guest feel personally attended to and valued. Beyond simply greeting guests, the Front Desk Agent manages all aspects of check-ins, check-outs, reservation handling, and guest inquiries with a smooth, efficient manner that enhances the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.

As the face of the hotel, the Front Desk Agent must possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor that reassures and delights guests. This position requires juggling various responsibilities simultaneously — from managing reservation systems and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations gracefully.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary with access to a comprehensive benefits package following the initial waiting period. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability income, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, the hotel now offers daily pay options, adding flexibility and convenience for team members.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in hotel or customer service-related fields preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial. This role not only calls for technical proficiency but also requires a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create positive, memorable experiences that encourage guest loyalty. Joining the team here means becoming part of a supportive environment where staff members work collaboratively to maintain the hotel’s high standards of service in a thriving metro area.
