Extended Stay America - Atlanta - Northlake is a member of the Extended Stay America family, a well-established hotel chain recognized for providing comfortable, affordable, and extended stay accommodations for travelers. Located in Dekalb, GA, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, this property offers guests convenient access to local attractions including Northlake Mall and other shopping options. Our hotel welcomes both short-term and long-term guests, catering to diverse travel needs including temporary housing. We are currently inviting passionate individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. As a Housekeeper at Extended Stay America - Atlanta - Northlake, you will be a vital part of our hospitality team, responsible for creating immaculate and inviting spaces that enhance our guests' experience. Your role will involve meticulously cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, ensuring every detail from fresh linens to spotless carpets contributes to a memorable stay. This position is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in transforming spaces, loves to maintain cleanliness with a keen eye for detail, and enjoys providing friendly and attentive service.
In this role, you will take on various duties, including routine cleaning tasks as well as deeper maintenance duties like changing air conditioning filters and minor touch-ups. You will also serve as a guest service ambassador, delivering with a smile and promptly assisting guests to ensure their happiness. Safety is a top priority, so practicing safe work habits and maintaining vigilance in protecting guests and the property is essential.
We seek candidates who are detail-oriented, communicate well, and embody a customer-first attitude. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, the commitment to excellence and teamwork is paramount.
