With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to quality, Tri-Vin has established itself as a trusted partner for both producers and retailers in the competitive wine and spirits market. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative culture that values expertise, innovation, and long-term growth for its employees and partners alike.

The Export Manager role at Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is a key leadership position responsible for managing and expanding the company’s presence in strategic international markets, specifically Mexico, Canada, and select Asian countries including Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $155,000, contingent on the candidate's experience, with additional performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits. As an Export Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing export strategies that drive sustainable sales growth and brand recognition across multiple regions. You will identify new market opportunities and collaborate closely with distributors, importers, and key accounts to ensure the successful launch and promotion of Tri-Vin’s domestic and imported wine portfolios.

This role demands a deep understanding of international wine markets and export operations, including sales forecasting, inventory planning, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will act as a liaison between Tri-Vin and its international partners, ensuring alignment on market goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product education. The Export Manager will regularly engage with stakeholders through in-market visits, trade shows, tastings, and training sessions to maintain strong relationships and stay abreast of competitive dynamics and consumer trends.

Ideal candidates will bring at least five years of export or international sales experience focused on the targeted regions, combined with strong industry knowledge of wine products and category dynamics. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills such as Spanish or an Asian language considered a significant advantage. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work across diverse cultures and time zones. Willingness to travel internationally and maintain a flexible schedule is essential.

Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits offers an inclusive and professional environment that encourages continuous learning and career advancement. By joining the team, you will become part of a company that values craftsmanship, authenticity, and innovation, dedicated to shaping the future of the wine and spirits industry. Your efforts will be supported by a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plan with company match, paid time off, disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, travel and expense budgets, and cell phone reimbursement.
