Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Able to communicate clearly with teammates and management
  • Able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • 6 months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly with teammates and the management team
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
  • At least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Deliver the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and making sure they have everything they need
  • Responsible for knowing all Over Easy food brand standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Complete daily opening and closing checklist
