- Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- food handler license from the Tulsa Health Department

Job Duties
- Coordinate orders
- quality control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen
- timing management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service
- maintain flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold
