Knowledge of all Over Easy food Brand Standards is imperative; this includes understanding portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and maintaining rigorous quality standards at all times. The Expo is responsible for preparing and stocking prepped sauces and butters, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service during busy hours. Additionally, the role requires strict adherence to proper plate presentation and garnish setup, meticulous handling and storing of food products, and diligent completion of daily opening and closing checklists to uphold the operational excellence of the kitchen. This position is ideal for fun, energetic, and committed team members who communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff and thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
- Must maintain a valid Food Handlers' certification
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Works well under pressure and communicates effectively with both BOH and FOH staff
- Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy of all orders leaving the kitchen

Job Duties
- Delivers the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and making sure they have everything they need
- Responsible for knowing all Over Easy food Brand Standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
- Prepares, stocks, and maintains sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
- Completes daily opening and closing checklist
