Job Requirements

  • Must maintain a valid food handlers certification
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant preferred
  • Must maintain a valid food handlers certification
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy of all orders leaving the kitchen
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Works well under pressure and communicates effectively with both BOH and FOH staff
  • Knowledge of menu items, presentation standards, and timing is preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Delivers the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and making sure they have everything they need
  • Responsible for knowing all Over Easy food brand standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
  • Prepares, stocks, and maintains sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
  • Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
  • Completes daily opening and closing checklist
