The Food Runner position is a critical role within our service team. As a Food Runner, you will serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area by ensuring that delicious dishes prepared by our cooks reach customers promptly and in perfect condition. This position requires someone who is quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will be responsible for understanding what each menu item looks like to verify the accuracy of the food before it arrives at the table, ensuring nothing is missing or incorrect. Handling plates carefully to preserve optimal food temperature and presentation is key.

In addition to delivering food, the Food Runner will help create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly and assisting wait staff in answering customer questions or handling minor concerns. You will help refill drinks, maintain table cleanliness, and reset seating areas for new guests. This role demands stamina as it involves standing and walking for most of your shift and occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds.
