Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- inspect and identify every dish at the pass
- know every dish on the menu including ingredients and preparation
- run food to the correct guest at the correct seat
- deliver a polished drop phrase for every dish
- communicate constantly with kitchen and front of house
- maintain the standards of a Bib Gourmand kitchen
