We are currently seeking a full-time Expo to join our dynamic team. The Expo position is vital to maintaining the flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that guests receive their meals promptly and correctly. This role requires a highly organized and reliable individual who can manage the expediting station with precision, helping to keep food orders accurate and moving efficiently through the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers, ensuring that any issues or special requests are handled smoothly.

The Expo at Dragon Alley is responsible for monitoring the pass, organizing tickets, and verifying dishes before they are sent out to tables. This position is critical during busy service periods, where the ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain focus is essential. Expos may also assist with running dishes to customers during high-volume times or short staffing circumstances, adding flexibility to the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience as an expo or food runner who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and values teamwork and communication.

Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience, with additional income opportunities through tips.
