Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Previous experience as an Expo or Food Runner required
- Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoy and create a team environment
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible shifts and hours due to business needs
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Position requires constant interaction with team members and customers
- Ability to lift approximately 40lbs
- Ability to be on feet for several hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Facilitate and streamline the accuracy of food orders, presentation, timely delivery and adhere to restaurant standards
- Must have clear communication skills with both kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
- Help maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen and ensure the dining room runs efficiently
- Excellent leadership and organization skills with a team mentality and an ability to interact with guests as well as cooperate with team members
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to look for ways to improve workflows and reduce bottlenecks, ensuring that operations run as smoothly as possible
- Ability to lift approximately 40lbs, be on his/her feet for several hours and work in a fast-paced environment
