The business operates across 22 states and manages a vast multifamily portfolio of over 400 apartment communities with more than 110,000 residential units. Recognized as one of the three largest multifamily property owners in the United States and the largest in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York, Morgan Properties is distinguished by its strong operational expertise, rapid decision-making process, and solid capital relationships. The company employs over 2,600 professionals committed to supporting residents, communities, and their colleagues, which has earned Morgan Properties the distinction of being a top workplace.

The pay scale for these roles starts from $16.00 per hour and can increase up to $32.00 per hour depending on experience and role responsibilities.

Morgan Properties also emphasizes career growth and employee development by providing comprehensive training and numerous advancement opportunities within the company. Additional benefits available to employees include substantial rent discounts, health, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, quarterly monetary rewards through the Morgan Essentials program, paid time off and holidays, employee referral bonuses, and access to professional development resources.
