Job Description

ENGAGE RESONATE (ERXM) is a dynamic agency that specializes in integrated experiential marketing, focusing on delivering innovative live events, content production, and consumer-facing activations. As an equal opportunity employer, ERXM embraces diversity in its workforce, encouraging a wide range of candidates to apply, including minorities, females, veterans, disabled individuals, and those from the LGBTQ+ community. ERXM is renowned for its commitment to excellence and creativity in producing high-profile marketing events that elevate brands across various industries including CPG (consumer packaged goods), lifestyle, retail, tech, hospitality, sports, and entertainment. The company operates with a strong client-service orientation combined with hands-on production expertise, ensuring every activation is executed flawlessly and meets strategic objectives.

The Producer role at ERXM is a pivotal position responsible for managing multi-channel live experiential projects while seamlessly integrating video, social, and digital content production initiatives. This role requires a hybrid skill set of creative production and client management to successfully oversee the physical and content production processes of key projects. The Producer works closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery, managing internal teams, 3rd party vendors, and client relationships. Located in Chicago, the role demands full-time, onsite presence to foster collaboration and maintain productive workflows.

Candidates must possess a strong background in managing complex, high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers, demonstrating exceptional multitasking, leadership, and vendor management skills. Experience working with CPG, lifestyle, and retail brands is highly preferred, highlighting the agency’s focus on consumer engagement through impactful experiential marketing. The Producer will be responsible for all phases of project execution, from conceptualization through installation and event day management, maintaining budget control, contract negotiations, and ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, and a proactive thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers is fundamental to success in this role. The Producer’s ability to translate creative ideas into effective project plans and oversee the implementation of integrated event solutions means they play a critical part in building brand equity for ERXM’s clients. Travel across the country for event production is necessary, underscoring the varied and exciting nature of the projects.

With a history of delivering innovative event marketing campaigns, ERXM offers an engaging work culture that supports growth and encourages collaboration at every level. The Producer position is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a leading agency in experiential marketing and content production, working on innovative campaigns that drive results for top-tier brands across multiple sectors.
