Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination ideally within B2B SaaS or Healthcare Tech
  • Proven track record of executing conferences and events end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform and Salesforce including lead import, campaign attribution, and post-event nurture workflows
  • Experience with lead retrieval tools such as Cvent, Popl, Blinq, Bizzabo, Exhibitview, or badge scanners is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative, low-ego working style
  • Ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Own end-to-end logistics for third-party conferences and industry events
  • Support planning and execution of community-facing events including regional builders meetups
  • Play a key role in planning and executing flagship company events with cross-functional coordination
  • Manage lead retrieval tools and ensure timely import and attribution of leads into Salesforce
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors while tracking budgets
  • Serve as the central logistics hub aligning internal teams on event goals and staffing
  • Coordinate event content and assets ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery
  • Define and track key event metrics and provide post-event performance reports
