Known for its innovative approach and award-winning campaigns, Octagon leverages deep expertise in sports and lifestyle culture to deliver world-class brand experiences. The company fosters a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and play, providing an energized environment where employees can bring their best ideas to life and make a meaningful impact on some of the biggest brands and properties worldwide.

The Experiential Manager (Sports + Lifestyle Partnerships) position at Octagon supports an iconic Payment Services client renowned for its influential marketing initiatives. This role is hybrid with a flexible location option across Stamford, CT; New York, NY (with required weekly attendance at Stamford HQ); Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; or Atlanta, GA. This includes overseeing complex event planning, logistics, and customer hosting across an exciting array of properties such as golf, baseball, arts and culture, and culinary experiences. The position involves hands-on coordination of event activations, from conception through execution and post-event wrap-up, ensuring seamless delivery of top-tier events. This role not only demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills but also creative collaboration to develop impactful experiential strategies that align with marketing objectives.

In this role, candidates will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a vibrant blend of sports and lifestyle culture, engaging in activities like private concerts, sporting events, and exclusive dining experiences with world-renowned chefs. Managing vendor relationships, client communications, and budget oversight forms a core part of the position, with responsibilities extending to both on-site and virtual event execution. The Experiential Manager is also tasked with producing sales and concept decks, managing multiple projects concurrently, and maximizing sponsorship asset utilization to enhance client satisfaction. The role demands strong communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Competitive salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $65,000, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Joining Octagon means becoming part of a team that celebrates the power of play to spark innovation and fan engagement. The company prides itself on being a 'Best Places to Work in Sports' honoree, embracing diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Employees benefit from a supportive workplace culture that encourages personal and professional growth while championing exciting, high-profile projects. This position offers moderate travel requirements (20-45%), with occasional weekend and holiday work to support event schedules.
