Job Requirements

  • Passion for event operations and logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and travel domestically
  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

Job Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in event production or experiential marketing
  • Expertise in event operations and logistics for B2B events, conferences, tradeshows, sports, entertainment, and lifestyle events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust approaches based on project demands
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute event and experiential marketing programs
  • Collaborate with Events Team as lead producer
  • Coordinate with creative, client services, and digital teams
  • Manage client and vendor communications
  • Hire and lead vendors and partners in production and audiovisual areas
  • Host client and inter-agency planning calls
  • Lead on-site staff and partners during events
  • Manage program budgets including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
  • Lead and support brainstorms and thought leadership initiatives
  • Travel domestically for events including nights and weekends
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
