Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, Veterinary CSR, or medical front desk professional
  • proven ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • strong communication skills with a focus on client service and professionalism
  • experience with appointment scheduling, phone systems, and payment processing
  • ability to remain calm and efficient in busy or high-stress situations

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, Veterinary CSR, or medical front desk professional
  • strong communication skills with a focus on client service and professionalism
  • experience with appointment scheduling, phone systems, and payment processing
  • ability to remain calm and efficient in busy or high-stress situations
  • experience in veterinary general practice, specialty, or ER settings preferred
  • familiarity with veterinary software such as Avimark, Cornerstone, or ezyVet preferred
  • strong understanding of basic veterinary terminology and workflows preferred
