Job Requirements
- 2+ years prior sushi experience required (skills assessment conducted during the interview)
- must be 16 or older
- commitment to continuous learning and growth
- able to remain calm and communicate effectively during stressful situations
- able to hear, see and speak
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- able to stand or walk up to eight hours at a time
- able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare sushi menu items to order and within specified time frame

- assist fellow team members with tasks whenever able
