Job Requirements

2+ years prior sushi experience required (skills assessment conducted during the interview)
must be 16 or older
commitment to continuous learning and growth
able to remain calm and communicate effectively during stressful situations
able to hear, see and speak
maintain a clean and professional appearance
able to stand or walk up to eight hours at a time
able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
