This role of Experienced Shift Manager offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. It is a full-time position where you will be directly responsible for leading shifts to ensure that every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures, communicate effectively with crew members and other shift managers, and help achieve shift targets. Managing and motivating crew schedules, monitoring safety and security, inventory control, and profitability are integral responsibilities of this position. Further, the role involves providing exceptional customer service and quality food production while training new team members on critical job functions.
