Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team in a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
- Ability to provide leadership and handle multiple tasks under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and schedules effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to motivate and coach team members to perform at their best

Job Duties
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
- Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift
- Achieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals
- Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shift
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
- Training new team members on critical job functions
