The Server role at Mirbeau is a vital position within the guest service team, responsible for upholding the Forbes-rated standards of service by anticipating guests' needs and providing thoughtful, elevated hospitality. In this role, the server will deliver a seamless dining experience by greeting guests warmly and personally, maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items and specials, and handling orders efficiently using the Agilysys POS system. They will work collaboratively with dining assistants, bussers, bartenders, chefs, and management to ensure a polished, clean, and welcoming environment at all times. The server will also ensure all health and safety standards are strictly followed, including food safety, hygiene, and guest safety.

Beyond service, the server will be responsible for processing guest payments accurately, completing sidework during shifts, and participating in all required training sessions. Professionalism is paramount; servers are expected to represent Mirbeau’s brand with excellence in appearance and demeanor, maintain composure during high-volume periods, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. The role requires physical stamina, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also necessary.
