The Concierge Security Officer - Access Control position at Securitas is a part-time role, offering 27 hours per week with a competitive pay rate of $20.75 per hour. Scheduled hours include Monday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and weekends from 11:45am to 5:15pm. This position is pivotal in ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients by managing access control, remaining visible on the premises, and actively monitoring activities to maintain order. The officer acts as both a security and a customer service professional, enforcing regulations related to personnel, visitors, and the guarded area. This role often involves providing assistance and information to clients, making it ideal for individuals with a background in receptionist duties, hospitality, or retail customer service. Even candidates without direct customer service experience but with a positive attitude and outgoing personality can succeed, as comprehensive training is provided to equip them with the necessary security industry knowledge.
