Labcorp is currently seeking a Phlebotomist Rover to join its team in Chicago, IL. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled blood specimen collections, and managing administrative duties in a client office setting. The position requires the phlebotomist to travel between multiple locations in Chicago, offering flexible schedules across several sites including 1400 W. Greenleaf, 2200 W. Touhy Ave, and 1300 W Devon. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday shifts with some rotating Saturday shifts, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment.
The Phlebotomist Rover will utilize venipuncture and capillary techniques to collect blood samples from patients of all age groups, supporting various testing needs such as drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. This role involves meticulous data entry, specimen preparation, and billing processing to ensure accurate and timely handling of patient and specimen information. Additionally, the phlebotomist will maintain patient and specimen logs and may be required to perform administrative and clerical duties, enhancing laboratory operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Strong communication skills

- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
