- prepare and cook breakfast menu items including gourmet burgers, salads, and sandwiches
- handle and store food safely and hygienically

- safely handle culinary knives and kitchen equipment
- lift and store food ingredient boxes up to 25 pounds
- ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain pride and quality in all food preparation and presentation
