- previous experience working in a full-service kitchen or food preparation environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks with dexterity

- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to meet production demands
