We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook who brings proven culinary expertise and a passion for delivering quality dishes in a high-volume setting. This role is vital in ensuring seamless kitchen operations alongside the General Manager and Chef, upholding the standards that make our guest experience outstanding. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and the ability to maintain impeccable attention to detail even during peak service hours. The position requires a team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends. The Line Cook is responsible for executing menu items with precision and efficiency, maintaining a clean workspace, collaborating effectively with colleagues, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our menu offerings. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to grow within our culinary team while contributing to our restaurant's ongoing success.

Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Food Handler's Certificate
  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Clear communication with team members
  • Positive attitude while on the job
