Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years of line cook experience in a busy, full-service or upscale casual restaurant
- strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
- ability to handle high volume and pressure without melting down
- pride in your work—plating, seasoning, cleanliness, and consistency matter to you
- reliable, on time, and drama-free
- a team-player mentality and a positive attitude (no ego, no excuses)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Working the line (grill, sauté, fry, pantry – wherever your skills shine)
- executing dishes to spec, with consistent flavor, seasoning, and plating
- prepping stations, rotating stock, and keeping the walk-in and line organized
- communicating clearly with the rest of the team during service
- maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area (we actually mean this)
- jumping in where needed—because we win service as a team, not as individuals
