Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of line cook experience in a busy, full-service or upscale casual restaurant
  • strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • ability to handle high volume and pressure without melting down
  • pride in your work—plating, seasoning, cleanliness, and consistency matter to you
  • reliable, on time, and drama-free
  • a team-player mentality and a positive attitude (no ego, no excuses)

Job Duties

  • Working the line (grill, sauté, fry, pantry – wherever your skills shine)
  • executing dishes to spec, with consistent flavor, seasoning, and plating
  • prepping stations, rotating stock, and keeping the walk-in and line organized
  • communicating clearly with the rest of the team during service
  • maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area (we actually mean this)
  • jumping in where needed—because we win service as a team, not as individuals
