Job Duties
- Greet and seat arriving guests promptly and courteously
- Process cashier transactions accurately and promptly
- Anticipate customer needs before they are asked
- Comply with standards for greeting and seating including walking within two feet of guests, pulling out chairs, and introducing servers
- Promote menu, facilities, services, hours of operation, and promotional programs
- Maintain friendly and personable guest interactions
- Assist with upselling specials where appropriate
