Their responsibilities include warmly greeting and seating guests promptly, effectively managing the waitlist and seating chart, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Hosts also assist with to-go orders, handle guest concerns professionally, and process payments accurately.
This position requires individuals with at least three years of experience in high volume restaurant environments, who thrive in fast-paced settings and excel in multitasking. The ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and familiarity with restaurant reservation and point-of-sale systems such as Open Table and Toast, which are highly preferred but not mandatory. Hosts must be dependable, punctual team players willing to work evenings and weekends to meet the demands of our busy schedule.

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Present menus and provide initial information or assistance with questions
- Manage the wait list and maintain an organized seating chart
- Monitor table turnover and assist with flow of guests during busy times
- Keep the entrance, waiting area, and host stand clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff regarding allergies, special requests, and guest needs
- Assist with to-go orders: packing accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments and provide accurate change when needed
