The company prides itself on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, personalized service and sustainable practices, highlighted by its EarthView program which promotes environmental responsibility. As part of a respected and growing hospitality brand, the team works collectively to uphold high standards of service, excellence, and a nimble attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This venue offers a welcoming atmosphere in both indoor and rooftop settings, where guests enjoy expertly prepared menus and an inviting ambiance for social and business occasions. Ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting team operations are core to the culture, with an emphasis on professionalism, collaboration, and safety.

The role available is for a Guest Service Agent who will be the first point of contact for patrons arriving at the restaurant and rooftop bar. This position plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by greeting and escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and managing seating arrangements with hospitality and courtesy. The hourly compensation for this role is $20.00, underlining the value placed on skilled service team members. This is a front-line position that demands excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and a readiness to assist with service tasks as needed.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper setup of the dining and rooftop areas, including clearing previous guests’ items and sanitizing menus and service surfaces to create a pleasant environment. You will keep accurate written records such as daily log entries to coordinate communication across shifts and management. Additionally, you will assist in managing reservations and special functions to ensure smooth operations during peak times and events.

Safety and sustainability are integral to the role. You will follow established safety protocols, wear protective equipment as required, and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards to maintain a safe workplace. Your role supports the EarthView sustainability program by adhering to environmental guidelines and practices that reduce the venue’s ecological footprint.

Career advancement opportunities are clear within this establishment, with potential paths leading from Guest Service Agent to Food Server, then progressing to leadership roles such as Restaurant Supervisor or Front Office Supervisor. This trajectory rewards dedication, skill development, and leadership capacity.

The work environment is energetic and varied, requiring a flexible schedule that includes holidays and weekends. Physical demands of the role include standing for long periods, walking extensively, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds, alongside stooping, kneeling, and reaching. This dynamic position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to contribute to a team-driven culture, and committed to delivering excellence at every guest interaction.
