- Greet and open the doors for residents and park owner, guest and associate cars utilizing the garage car elevators
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Assist homeowners in and out of vehicles as well as all valet requests
- Communicate regularly with concierge regarding important resident information
- Provide directions to local parks, restaurants, airports
- Call for taxi, limo service as needed
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by association and company policy
- Proactively assist with packages and report maintenance or cleaning requirements to management
- Assist concierge during busy periods and break times, as needed
- Assist with trash removal as needed
- Assist with dog walking for residents
- Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or management
- Assist with snow shoveling and ice melt application
- Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events
