We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. In the Server role, you will be the face of Fiery Crab, responsible for recommending and serving high-quality food and beverages. You will interact closely with guests, addressing their concerns and ensuring they leave with a positive impression of our restaurant. The Server position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and strong knowledge of our menu, policies, and procedures. The role demands a friendly and attentive demeanor, professionalism under pressure, and leadership qualities to motivate your team.
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will have creative input in designing a captivating bar menu that exceeds customer expectations. Bartenders at Fiery Crab interact directly with guests to evaluate their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Responsibilities include mixing cocktails with finesse, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations, including verifying legal drinking age. The position requires a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, and relevant training certifications. Bartenders are expected to create an exceptional guest drinking experience while maintaining a tidy, well-stocked bar.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong resume
- Expert knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy is essential
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude paired with excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills to keep the bar tidy and stocked
- Relevant training certificate is required
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
