Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong resume
- Expert knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy is essential
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude paired with excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills to keep the bar tidy and stocked
- Relevant training certificate is required

- Effectively operate the Point of Sale system
- Maintain good manners, proper hygiene, and a positive attitude
- Thrive under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Evaluate customers' preferences and provide tailored recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails with finesse
- Design and display a captivating bar menu
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
- Focus on guest satisfaction and deliver an exceptional experience
- Adhere to all food and beverage regulations
