Randall's Restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join the front-of-house team in a part-time capacity. This role is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant's high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of fine dining protocols, including deep knowledge of both the food and bar menus, and the skill to provide recommendations confidently and courteously.

The Fine Dining Server will be responsible for accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders, delivering a positive and friendly demeanor throughout interactions with guests, and ensuring that all diners enjoy their visit. This includes proactive engagement with customers, troubleshooting any issues that arise promptly and effectively, handling payments with accuracy, and preparing detailed checks that itemize meals and applicable taxes. Additionally, the role supports the kitchen and food preparation staff when necessary to ensure seamless service flow.

The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with reporting times by 3:00 pm. Randall's operates regularly from Tuesday through Saturday evenings, and private events may occasionally require work outside normal business hours.
