- Prior cooking experience
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking methods
- Ability to adhere to food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tools
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus
- Uses prior experience with cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
- Applies knowledge of cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, baking and boiling
- Adheres to all sanitation and food safety standards
- Maintains a clean kitchen
- Prepares food in a timely manner at specified meal times
