This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience, supplemented by overtime and performance bonuses. The role requires technicians to perform field testing and inspections of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, mortar, asphalt, and reinforcing steel, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This position requires daily travel to job sites, supported by a company-provided truck, and involves interpreting construction drawings, documenting accurate test results, and collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and clients.

Technicians at AIMRIGHT are expected to work safely in varying weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks such as standing, squatting, bending, kneeling, and lifting weights ranging from 25 to 100 pounds.
