Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Meet all state licensing or certification requirements where applicable
- Clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test
- Attain or possess valid current DOT Health Card or be able to obtain new DOT Health Card
- Ability to hand-lift and use two-wheeler, lift gate or other equipment to move and stack freight
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable
- Clean motor vehicle report for the past 3 years
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test
- Attain or have valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure new DOT Health Card
- Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate or other equipment to move and stack product cases and freight
Job Duties
- Perform all required safety checks including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
- Immediately report all safety hazards and inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight
- Perform count check of items and verify customer invoices of loaded products
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed
- Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule and unload products into designated storage areas
- Perform damage control checks on items, contact supervisor about order removals, verify deliveries with customer, and collect payments where required
